Core Technical Services (“CTS”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal information collected through this website and associated business enquiries.

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, enquiry details and subsequent correspondence.

Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information, including your IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project data in an initial enquiry. We can agree an appropriate transfer method where needed.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss technical requirements, prepare proposals and manage business communications.

For general enquiries and communications with business representatives, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests and conducting our business. Where you personally request steps towards a contract with us, or are a party to that contract, we may instead rely on contractual necessity.

We also process information where necessary to meet legal obligations and protect the website against misuse.

Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

The website is hosted by Wix. Enquiry submissions are handled through Wix’s form and contact-management services and may generate email notifications to CTS.

Relevant information may also be handled by our email and IT providers. Where necessary to address your request, we may share appropriate information with specialist delivery partners or professional advisers. We limit this to what is needed for the purpose.

Wix uses international infrastructure and service providers, so information may be processed outside the UK. Its contractual arrangements address international transfers and relevant safeguards. Further information is available in Wix’s Data Processing Agreement.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your request and relevant follow-up.

When deciding the retention period, we consider whether an enquiry is ongoing, whether it becomes a client relationship, and any applicable contractual, legal or dispute-resolution requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.

The enquiry form uses browser local storage to maintain a Wix visitor session. This storage does not contain the text you enter into the enquiry form.

The services directory uses session storage to remember your position when you return from a service page.

You can clear browser storage through your browser settings, although doing so may reset these functions. Hosting and security services may also use cookies or similar technologies. Any additional analytics or advertising technologies will need to be described here and managed through appropriate choices before use.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but without sufficient contact details we may be unable to respond.
